The design, inspired in noble materials of this land, is modern and elegant. It offers a perfect combination of the sobriety of the architectural styles of the last century and the coziness of new material. And it was because of the cozinesss of the place that we decided to have a “Show Kitchen”, where there is an oven that works with wood similar to a fireplace, which can be seen from all the corners of the restaurant. “Bistro M” has a great variety of typical Argentinian dishes like “empanadas”, goat’s meat and lamb as well as international dishes prepared with best quality products.

There are two areas in the restaurant. One of them is an elegant room with big windows that overlook the terrace and “Independencia” square. The other one is an open air space on the terrace, from where the whole square and streets can be admired, allowing the guests to have a unique experience, as special as the beauty of this land and its sun.
