Banquet Service Facilities

The Casino at the Park Hyatt Mendoza offers a main banqueting room, Salon de los Espejos, with the capacity to host up to 250 people for a seated dinner, and 360 people for a conference in a theatre-style set-up. Its pre-function area has been specially created to handle every variety of social and business gathering.

Four further conference rooms are available, evoking names of regional grape varieties: Cabernet, Malbec, Syrah and Merlot.

Syrah offers 3,262 square feet of function space that can accommodate up to 120 people. The Merlot or Cabernet room is the ideal setting for events hosting up to 40 guests.
